The equation is simple. Whether you are a small business or a large corporation, Jennifer Clegg can help simplify the website development process to ensure a successful user experience. Armed with a Bachelors in Arts from Santa Clara University and ten years of experience, Jennifer creates professional websites with a unique blend of artistic and business acumen that delivers proven results. Background Realizing the difficulties of becoming a financially stable studio artist combined with her natural desire to help people of all backgrounds, in September 1998 Jennifer enrolled in Santa Clara University to pursue a marketing degree. While fulfilling most of the course requirements for a business major, during her junior year Jennifer decided to pursue a Studio Arts (Fine Arts) degree as her major and pick up a retail studies/e-commerce minor in addition to an Art History minor. This decision allowed her to focus on a career path involving computer graphics and web development while still receiving a solid business framework. Immediately after graduating Santa Clara University in 2002, Jennifer started working for Tell-A-Vision Media Inc, a start-up company located in Los Angeles specializing in streaming media hosting and web design. Working for TAV allowed Jennifer to fulfill a variety of different roles and gain experience using many graphic, web and I.T. skills while working on-site and remotely. After two years helping build TAV into an approved Microsoft Windows Media Certified Service Provider, Jennifer transferred her responsibilities to the TAV home office and offshore locations and went to work for 1on1eBiz Internet Consulting in Gilroy, Ca. After two solid years as a Graphic/Web Production Artist for 1on1ebiz, Jennifer decided to seize a short-term but full-time contracting opportunity working for Stanford University’s Information Technology department as a Streaming Media Specialist. During three months, Jennifer was able to encode, mount, and stream five months backlog of Stanford training materials, complete a large project for the Stanford University Libraries which included converting 500 hours worth of Buckminster Fuller lectures into Windows Media Audio/Video Files, learning Final Cut Pro to create a series of DVD’s for Stanford University Libraries and the Stanford and Silicon Valley Project, and completed billing for the past eight months. She also documented all projects, processes and procedures for the department. Shortly after her contract at Stanford ended she was hired as Senior Web Developer for CA, Inc. (Computer Associates) within the CA Clarity PPM Marketing (formerly NIKU) Governance Group where she currently supports global marketing websites and campaigns.
